These terms govern your use of dewze.com and any products you buy from us. They are written in plain English. By using the site, placing an order or signing up for emails, you agree to be bound by them. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you continue.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or place an order. If you are between 13 and 17, you can browse with a parent or guardian, but only an adult can buy.
Dewze is operated by Fawz Holding LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Dewze. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, STE 49028, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms refer to "we", "us", "Fawz Holding LLC", "dewze" and "the site" interchangeably.

All prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. We calculate tax at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate business reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment-method disputes or shipping-address issues. We will refund you in full if we cancel.
We work hard to describe products accurately. Beauty results vary. Your skin is not anyone else's. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from any product.
Patch-test before using any new active. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. Stop using any product if you experience irritation. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a skin condition, talk to a doctor before using actives like retinol, AHAs or IPL devices.
Cosmetics adverse-event recordkeeping is maintained as required by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA). Report any adverse reaction to [email protected]. We hold these records for at least 6 years.
Covered in detail in our Shipping and Returns policies. Short version: regular in 3 to 7 business days or fast in 1 to 2, 30-day returns from delivery, refunds processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
Everything on dewze.com (copy, photography, design, code) is owned by Fawz Holding LLC unless explicitly credited otherwise. You can share links, screenshots in your stories and reasonable excerpts. You cannot copy our content wholesale to publish elsewhere without written permission.
If you submit a review, photo, video or anything else, you grant Fawz Holding LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and display your submission, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, in connection with marketing dewze. You confirm your submission is original to you or you have all necessary rights and that it does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity right. We can refuse, remove or moderate submissions at our discretion.

Use is at your own risk. Beauty products carry inherent risk of irritation or allergic reaction. We disclose ingredients honestly.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fawz Holding LLC, its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, demand or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of any product in a manner inconsistent with its labeled instructions.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute between you and Fawz Holding LLC arising out of or relating to these terms, the site or any product you buy from us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision is final.
Pre-arbitration notice. Before starting arbitration, you must email a written notice of the dispute to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute and the relief you are seeking. We will try to resolve it informally for 60 days before either side starts arbitration.
Class-action waiver. You and we agree to arbitrate only on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney-general actions and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable, the entire arbitration section is void.
Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms (typically your first order). Include your full name, mailing address, email used at order and the statement "I opt out of arbitration." Opting out will not affect any other part of these terms.
Venue. Any arbitration will be held in Sheridan, Wyoming or, at your election, by telephone or video for claims under $25,000. You may attend in person or remotely at your option.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
By using the site, signing up for emails or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. Agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemic, government action, labor stoppage, carrier disruption, supplier failure, fire, flood or internet outage.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, with notice to you.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the subject matter. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
We can update these terms at any time. For material changes we will post notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect and email customers who have an active relationship with us. Material changes will not apply to disputes that arose before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
