Dewze, LLC. A US-registered limited liability company. These terms refer to "we," "us," "dewze," and "the site" interchangeably.
You can browse. You can buy. You can sign up for emails. You can't:
All prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax. We calculate tax at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (fraud suspicion, pricing errors, stock issues) — we'll refund you in full if we cancel.
We work hard to describe products accurately. Beauty results vary — your skin isn't anyone else's. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from any product. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a skin condition, talk to a doctor before using actives like retinol or AHAs.

Everything on dewze.com — copy, photography, design, code — is ours unless explicitly credited otherwise. You can share links, screenshots in your stories, and reasonable excerpts. You can't copy our content wholesale to publish elsewhere without written permission.
If you submit a review, photo, or anything else, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in our marketing — on our site, in our emails, on our social channels. You confirm it's your own original content. We can refuse or remove submissions at our discretion.
Beauty products carry inherent risk of irritation or allergic reaction. We disclose ingredients honestly. Use is at your own risk. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in which case the limits apply to the extent legally permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold dewze harmless from any claim arising from your violation of these terms or your use of any product in a manner inconsistent with its labeled instructions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except for small-claims court matters which can be brought in your local jurisdiction.
We can update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers and our list. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
