Dewze, LLC ("we," "us," "dewze") respects your privacy and aims to be plain-spoken about it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you visit
- Aggregated, anonymous traffic data (page views, referrers, country, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no individual tracking
- Order-related cookies (so your cart persists) and session cookies (so checkout works)
When you buy
- Email, shipping address, and contact info needed to fulfill the order
- Payment information processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
- Order history tied to your account or email
When you sign up for emails
- Your email address and how you signed up (footer, popup, checkout, etc.)
- Optional: first name if you give it
What we don't collect
- Your card number — Stripe holds that, not us
- Behavioral profiles for advertising — we use first-party data only, no third-party trackers beyond Meta/TikTok pixels (for ads we ourselves run)
- Anything we don't actively need to ship products or send emails you signed up for
How we use it
- To ship your order and email you about it
- To send marketing emails if you opted in (one-click unsubscribe in every email)
- To run our advertising (Meta and TikTok pixels measure which ads work)
- To improve the site based on what people actually use
Who we share with
- Stripe — payment processing
- Zendrop (and successor 3PLs) — order fulfillment
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
- Cloudflare — hosting, analytics, security
- Meta and TikTok — advertising measurement (we send conversion events; they know an order happened, not what you bought)
We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
Your rights (CCPA, GDPR)
Whether you're in California, the EU, or anywhere else, you can:
- Access — request a copy of everything we have on you
- Delete — request we delete everything we have on you (we'll keep transactional records for tax purposes — required by law)
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate
- Unsubscribe — one-click from any marketing email

Cookies
We use only the cookies we need to make the site work: cart, session, checkout. We don't use third-party advertising cookies. Our Meta and TikTok pixels run server-side (via the Conversions API and Events API) rather than browser cookies.
Data retention
- Active customer accounts: as long as the account exists
- Order records: 7 years (US tax requirement)
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: aggregated, no individual identifiers
Children
Our products and site are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you're a parent and believe your child has shared data with us, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via email to our list.
